I think I am experiencing a bug/I keep getting an error message (App). Follow

We are sorry you are experiencing some difficulty. Here are a few troubleshooting suggestions that may resolve the issue:

  • Update your App to the latest version
  • Log out of the App and log back in
  • Restart your device completely, letting it rest for at least 45 seconds
  • And finally, try uninstalling and reinstalling the App
