What do I do when the website isn't working? Follow

If you experience any trouble with the website freezing or giving you an unexpected error, you may find the following troubleshooting steps will resolve the issue:

  • Log out of the site (if you are logged in)

  • Clear the cookies and cache history in your web browser settings

  • Restart your internet connection 

  • Refresh the internet browser (once internet connection is re-established) 

  • Log back in to your account.
