To create a HealthEngine user account via the HealthEngine website, you will first need to access the website on your preferred browser (Google Chrome is recommended). You can do so by clicking here. Once you are on the website, you will see a green 'Sign In/Join' button at the top right of the screen.
Click on the 'Sign In/Join' button. From here it will direct you to a login page. From here you need to click “ Sign Up” at the bottom of the login box, right next to “ New to HealthEngine?”.
It will then direct you to the below “Sign Up” page. Fill in your first name, last name, email address, and desired password into the relevant sections and then click the green 'Sign Up’' button. Alternatively, you can use your Facebook, Apple or Google account to create an account.
After filling in your initial details you will be directed to an “About You” page which you can progress in filling out (recommended) or if you wish to complete at a later date click on the “Skip and return to the home page” link.
If you progress filling out the “About You” section, after filling in your mobile number this popup will appear on your screen. This is to verify your mobile number, a code will be sent to your mobile number within 1-2 minutes.
After your mobile number is verified and all your details have been added into the “About You” section your profile is complete and you can progress with making your bookings!

Once you have completed your profile, you can go back to the HealthEngine site and you will be able to see you are logged in. Where 'Sign In/Join' previously was, is where your name will be.
