Providing a patient with their Certificate of Attendance can be easily obtained from their booking details in Practice Admin. You can access this directly from the 'Bookings' feature or the 'Calendar' feature!
Accessing via Bookings Feature
To access a Certificate of Attendance in the Booking feature of Practice Admin, navigate to Bookings then click 'Bookings'.
Find the patient's booking from the list provided and select their name for the expanded booking details.
To generate a Certificate of Attendance, click the 'Attended' box under Appointment Status and the attachment will appear.
Select this to download the certificate to your computer as a PDF, ready to print.

Accessing via Calendar Feature
To access the Certificate of Attendance via Calendar, navigate to 'Appointments setup' and select 'Calendar' to see your Calendar view - be sure to use the calendar icon to navigate to a specific date if needed.
Click on the required schedule for the list of appointment slots to appear. From there, select the person icon to view the patient booking details.
To generate a Certificate of Attendance, click the 'Attended' box under Appointment Status and the attachment will appear. Select this to download the certificate to your computer as a PDF, ready to print.
