Adding a Custom Button Image for the Web Plugin Follow

To add a custom button image for the web plugin, the first thing you will need to do is find your web plugin code. To do this, click on the 'Appointments setup' button on the left navigation panel of Practice Admin, and then click on 'Website Plugin'

On this page, once you click save and show instruction, you will see a box towards the bottom of the page that contains the code for adding the 'Book Now' button to your website. It will look something like this:

Within this code, there will be an 'img' section where you can add your own image (see screenshot below).

To change the provided 'Book Now' button to a custom button for your website, follow the below steps:

  1. Copy the web plugin button code from Practice Admin (as described above) into your website HTML code.

  2. Upload the image you wish to use as your button to your website. Once it's uploaded, copy the full URL; it will probably look something like this:

  3. Paste the URL for your button image (determined in step 2) into the 'img' part of the script element; replace the red text below with the full URL that you copied from your website, as shown below:

  4. The result will look something like this:

The final code for your custom web plugin button should look something like this:

NOTE: DO NOT use the code shown above in place of your custom code, or the web plugin button won't work.
