Why is the doctor I usually book with not showing on their practice's profile? Follow

This could be for several reasons:

1) The doctor may not have any appointments available at the time you're searching. 

2) The practice may have chosen not to allow patients to select a particular doctor when booking online, in which case there won't be an option to select which doctor you would like to see.

3) The doctor may not be on HealthEngine because they or the practice would prefer not to be listed for online bookings.
