Why can't I see my survey comments on the practice's profile? Follow

After every appointment made via HealthEngine, we send out a Customer Survey to enable you to provide feedback on your booking experience with HealthEngine and your appointment with the practice. The survey provides you with an option to either remain anonymous or you can opt for us to provide your details to the practice so that they can contact you to discuss your feedback.

All surveys are sent to the Practice Manager for review. Any aspirational feedback is saved on the practice's profile page. The practice has full control over which feedback will appear on their HealthEngine page.
