Keeping on top of your patient recall activity will ensure that you get the most out of HealthEngine Recalls.
For best results, we recommend following these 5 steps daily:
- Review and action all recalls in the 'To Action' tab.
- Call every patient that has been flagged for a call in the 'Calls Pending' tab.
- Print and send all of the letters that have been created in the 'Letters Pending' tab.
- Process the doctor's instructions for recalls in the 'Doctor's Attention Required' tab.
- Ensure 'Archived' recalls are also marked in your Practice Management System (PMS) as 'Completed' and not requiring further contact.
