If you are using the HealthEngine iPhone app or website to book, you can change the time of your online appointment immediately after booking.
You can also change your appointment time via your 'My Bookings' section, provided that you were logged in at the time that you booked the original appointment.
Alternatively, if the practice that you booked with allows online cancellations, it is possible to cancel the appointment online and book a new one. To cancel your online appointment, you can either click on the link in your confirmation email (pictured below), use your bookings list on our website or you can manage your bookings via our mobile app when you're logged in by clicking on the appointment under 'upcoming bookings' on the home screen.
If the practice that you booked with doesn't allow online cancellations, you will have to call the practice directly to make any changes to your appointment. Please note that if you do this, the changes won't be communicated to HealthEngine and you will still receive a reminder email for the original appointment time.
