I cancelled my appointment with the practice. Why did I still receive a reminder for my appointment? Follow

Appointment reminders are automatically sent 1 hour before your online appointment is due to occur. 

If you cancelled your appointment directly with the practice, then unfortunately we are not made aware of this and therefore the email is still automatically sent. However, your appointment will still be cancelled and you can ignore the reminder email. 

If you cancel your appointment using the link provided in the booking confirmation email, or via the HealthEngine app or website (when logged in), then this will stop the email reminder from being sent to you.
