Why do I keep getting sent a survey after every appointment? Follow

After every appointment made via HealthEngine, we send out a Customer Survey to enable you to provide feedback on your booking experience with HealthEngine and your appointment with the practice. 

If you no longer wish to receive these emails, there is a link to unsubscribe in the survey email. Once you've completed the process to unsubscribe, you will no longer receive survey emails when booking with that email address. Please note that if you book with a different email address, you will be sent a survey. If you wish to stop receiving survey emails to that email address as well, simply repeat the process to unsubscribe from that email address.
