Please note, your primary account profile (used to log in) is at the top of the list under ACCOUNT AND PROFILES and cannot be removed or deleted.
To remove a secondary user profile from your account using the HealthEngine app, ensure you are logged in, from the home screen you then need to click on the user icon in the top right hand corner.
On this tab you will see your profiles listed under ‘ACCOUNT AND PROFILES’, click on the profile you wish to remove from your account. A trash can icon will appear in the top right of the profile.
Tap it to delete the profile.
