How do I create a user account via the website? Follow

To create a HealthEngine user account via the HealthEngine website, you will first need to access the website on your preferred browser. You can do so by clicking here. Once you are on the website, you will see a green 'Sign In/Join' button at the top right of the screen. 

Click on the 'Sign In/Join' button. A dialogue box will appear titled 'Sign In to HealthEngine'. If you already have an existing account, you can log in here using your email address, Facebook account, or Google account. If you haven't created an account yet, click on the 'Join' link at the bottom of the dialogue box. 

A new dialogue box will appear, titled 'Create an Account'. Fill in your first name, last name, email address, and desired password into the relevant sections and then click the green 'Create Account' button. 

Finally, a third dialogue box will appear titled 'Thanks for signing up!'. It is recommended that you then click on the green 'Create Your Profile' button at the bottom of this box to fully complete the account creation process. 

Clicking this button will take you to the 'My Profiles' section of your HealthEngine account. Fill in your details into the relevant areas of the form and click 'Save Profile' to save your information.

From now on, this information should be pre-filled into the online booking form when you book an appointment online; however, remember that you need to be logged in for this to work! To check whether or not you are logged in before making an online booking, simply check whether your username shows up in the green button at the top right of the HealthEngine homepage. If your user name appears there, this means you are logged in. Otherwise, the button will say 'Sign In/Join' like in the first image of this article.
