MyMedicare - Allow Patients to Register with your Practice – Help Centre

MyMedicare is now open for voluntary patient registration.

You can now notify your patients that they can register you as their MyMedicare practice and talk to you about the benefits of registering through a digital form from Healthengine.

Here are some options on how you can notify your patients:

Allow patients to register with your practice with our MyMedicare Custom Forms template - send a digital version of the MyMedicare patient registration form to your patients. Patients can quickly and easily complete their details to allow your practice to register them with MyMedicare.
Send your patients an SMS using Healthengine's Communicate, prompting them to find out more about MyMedicare and add your practice.
Use the ready-to-go collateral below to raise awareness about MyMedicare at your practice and encourage patients to complete the MyMedicare form at your front desk, patient waiting room or through your social media.
Encourage your patients to add you to their My Care Team™. Use personalised-for-your-practice My Care Team™ collateral, available in the Resources section of your Practice Admin portal. Build continuity of care and easy connection with your patients.

MyMedicare Custom Form

Empower patients to register with your practice with our MyMedicare Custom Forms template.

Send a digital version of the MyMedicare form to your patients via URL or QR code.

Patients can complete and submit their details to allow your practice to register them with MyMedicare in mere minutes. You also have the option to automate the sending of this form for patients that make an online booking through Healthengine; this option includes being able to choose when the form is sent and as these patients submit their form, we attach a PDF copy of the submitted form to the patient's file in your PMS. These submitted forms will also be available in the Submitted forms section of your Custom Forms in Practice Admin.

MyMedicare Poster

You can download a MyMedicare poster, with a custom QR code that links to your practice's MyMedicare digital form, through the Resources section of your Practice Admin portal.

Any patient than scans this QR code will be directed to your practice's MyMedicare digital form, where they can complete and submit their details to your practice so you can register them for MyMedicare.

All submitted forms are available in the Submitted forms section of your Custom Forms in Practice Admin.
