Why have I received an email saying "Your account may be compromised"? Follow

When a website (unrelated to HealthEngine) experiences a security breach and the login details of all users of that website are leaked, our security systems automatically check to see if any of the login details that were leaked match any of our customers' details.

If we find a match, we will send you an email to let you know that your Practice Admin account may be at risk. We also protect your account by blocking any login attempts until your password has been reset. 

To unblock your account and regain access, simply click on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the Practice Admin login page and follow the instructions provided.
