If you have recently changed email providers or wish to receive HealthEngine related emails to a different email address, please follow the below steps:
- Go to https://healthengine.com.au
- Log in to your account
- Upon logging into your account successfully you will be taken to a "My Profile" page which covers all of your patient profile information and contact details.
- Under "Contact Details" their will be an email address box, within this box there will be a button which says either VERIFIED or UNVERIFIED
- Click on this box and a small pop up box will appear (see screenshot below for reference) will a "Change email address" option
- Upon entering the new email address you wish to be attached to your patient profile, you will then need to click on "Send me link" and a verification email will be sent to that email address for you to confirm and proceed with the changeover.
This email address is what receives all correspondence from HealthEngine, so it is important that this be the correct email address so that all booking confirmations and reminders are received.
Note: There is no ability to update your Account email address (the email address you use to sign in with), if you are seeking assistance to change this email address, you will need to contact our Privacy Team at email@example.com who can assist you further.
