How do I remove a family profile? Follow

To remove a family profile/added patient profile from under your account, please follow the below instructions.

 

If on the HealthEngine App

iPhone

 

  • Go to HealthEngine App
  • Log in to your account
  • Click on “Account” Tab
  • Swipe across to the left and a small red “remove” option will appear
  • Click remove
  • This will remove the profile from your account.



Android

 

  • Go to the HealthEngine App
  • Log in to your account
  • Click on the "Account" tab
  • Press down on the profile you wish to remove
  • A pop up will appear asking you to confirm if you would like to remove the profile
  • Once selected the profile will be removed from your account

 

If on the HealthEngine Website

 

  • Go to https://healthengine.com.au
  • Sign in to your account
  • Upon sign in click on your name in the top right corner
  • Click on "My Account"
  • Here you will see the profiles under your account
  • Click on the profile you wish to remove
  • On the bottom left corner you will see a "Delete profile"
  • Click and remove
