To remove a family profile/added patient profile from under your account, please follow the below instructions.
If on the HealthEngine App
iPhone
- Go to HealthEngine App
- Log in to your account
- Click on “Account” Tab
- Click the profile you wish to remove.
- Click the trash can in the top right hand corner and confirm the deletion.
- This will remove the profile from your account.
Android
- Go to the HealthEngine App
- Log in to your account
- Click on the "Account" tab
- Press down on the profile you wish to remove
- A pop up will appear asking you to confirm if you would like to remove the profile
- Once selected the profile will be removed from your account
If on the HealthEngine Website
- Go to https://healthengine.com.au
- Sign in to your account
- Upon sign in click on your name in the top right corner
- Click on "My Account"
- Here you will see the profiles under your account
- Click on the profile you wish to remove
- On the bottom left corner you will see a "Delete profile"
- Click and remove
Please note that if you are trying to remove your primary profile, this cannot be done. Instead please edit your primary profile details.
