When trying to change your mobile number, you need to go to https://healthengine.com.au and log in to your account. At this stage you then need to go to "My Account" and then click on the profile who's mobile number you need to change - this will take you to the "About Me" section where your mobile is, if it is your primary account and the mobile number has not been verified, you will see "verify" in the box and upon clicking on the box you will have the ability to change your mobile, if you have already verified your mobile number it will show this within the box.
If your number has been verified to your account, you cannot change it. If this is the case, what you will need to do is edit it as you are going through the booking form when making an appointment. You can do this by clicking "edit selected profile information" and fill out the correct mobile number, in place of your old one.

You could also create yourself a new patient profile on your account with the new number so that you don't need to edit it each time. You can learn how to do that here.
