To update your primary account information such as email address/mobile number/primary details, follow the below steps:
- Go to https://healthengine.com.au
- Log in to with your email address and password
- Go to "My Account"
- This will take you to a page which says "Manage your profile and HealthEngine account" from this point click on the name which has (primary account holder) next to it
- Once selected you will be taken to the "About Me" page of this profile and will have the ability to update the information to your details, ensure you press save once done, the update will sync within your HealthEngine app as well. If it doesn't sync immediately try closing the app and reopening it.
What we do need to advise you is that if you have verified an alternate mobile number to this account formerly, you will not be able to edit this section, if this is the case please let us know and we can have this account removed which will allow you to create a new one under your name and contact number.
Alternatively if you want to keep your account history you can create an additional profile on your account with your new contact details by following the instructions here.
Please note: HealthEngine cannot access your account to change the primary account profile, this must be done by the user/account holder editing the profile details.
