Where in my PMS does HealthEngine Recalls read from? Follow

HealthEngine reads from various areas within your PMS to determine what to display in your HealthEngine Recalls. For a guide as to what HealthEngine Recalls reads from your PMS and how this shows up in HealthEngine Recalls, please refer to the table below.

What does HE Recalls show as 'Recall Reason'?
  • Reminders = 'Reason'.
  • Investigations = The name of the test. 
  • Correspondence = 'Subject'.
  • Recalls = 'Recall Reason'.
  • Correspondence / letters / documents = 'Subject'.
  • Results = 'Subject'.
  • Recalls = 'Description'.
  • Results = 'Result Description' or 'Document Name'. 
What does HE Recalls show as 'Recall Due'?
  • Reminders = 'Due' date.
  • Investigations = 'Date checked'.
  • Correspondence = 'Date'.
  • Recalls = 'Due Date'.
  • Documents = 'Document Date'.
  • Recalls = 'Maturity Date'.
  • Results = 'Result Collected Date'.
What does HE Recalls shows as 'Urgency'?
  • Reminders = no urgency to translate (appears in HE as -). 
  • Investigations = any text in the 'Action' column.
  • Any text in the 'Notations' field in the 'Actions' list.
  • Recalls = no urgency to translate (appears in HE as - ). 
  • Results = 'Priority' and 'Assigned to'.
Where does HE Recalls put the audit notes?
  • All audit notes are stored under 'Past Visits' in the patient file.
  • There is also an audit notes are also added to 'Correspondence In', except for results. 
  • For results, an audit note is also added to 'Investigation Reports'. 
  • All notes are recorded in the 'Recalls' / 'Recall Items' section.
  • For recalls sent by letter, a copy of the letter content is also saved to the 'Letters' tab. 
  • Some notes are also added to the 'Progress' tab.
  • All audit notes are recorded in the 'History View' panel in the patient record. 
In what situations does a recall not show up in HE Recalls?
  • Any recall marked as 'Given', 'Contacted', or 'Performed'.
  • If the Patient record linked to the recall is marked as 'Inactive' or 'Deceased'. 
  • Any deleted recalls.
  • Any recall marked as 'Notified' or 'Deleted'.
  • If the Patient record linked to the recall is marked as 'Inactive' or 'Deceased'.
  • Any recall marked as 'Complete'. 
  • If the Patient record linked to the recall is marked as 'Inactive' or 'Deceased'. 
  • Any deleted recalls.
