What does HE Recalls show as 'Recall Reason'? |
- Reminders = 'Reason'.
- Investigations = The name of the test.
- Correspondence = 'Subject'.

- Results = 'Subject'.

What does HE Recalls shows as 'Urgency'? |
- Reminders = no urgency to translate (appears in HE as -).
- Investigations = any text in the 'Action' column.

Where does HE Recalls put the audit notes? |
- All audit notes are stored under 'Past Visits' in the patient file.
- There is also an audit notes are also added to 'Correspondence In', except for results.
- For results, an audit note is also added to 'Investigation Reports'.

- All notes are recorded in the 'Recalls' / 'Recall Items' section.
- For recalls sent by letter, a copy of the letter content is also saved to the 'Letters' tab.
- Some notes are also added to the 'Progress' tab.

In what situations does a recall not show up in HE Recalls? |
- Any recall marked as 'Given', 'Contacted', or 'Performed'.
- If the Patient record linked to the recall is marked as 'Inactive' or 'Deceased'.
- Any deleted recalls.

- Any recall marked as 'Notified' or 'Deleted'.
- If the Patient record linked to the recall is marked as 'Inactive' or 'Deceased'.

- Any recall marked as 'Complete'.
- If the Patient record linked to the recall is marked as 'Inactive' or 'Deceased'.
