You previously had to email these through to our support team but we are excited to announce that you can now update your practitioner bios/overviews/descriptions directly from your practice admin portal!
To do this, go to settings> manage practitioners> edit profile.
All of the details you used to be able to update are still present, along with the addition of the overview box as shown in the screenshot below:
When adding a practitioner overview do not to include any details such as contact numbers or external websites. All contact information for the practice is automatically included on practitioner profiles.
Like your practice description, the practitioner overview/description goes through to the support team for approval, so allow time for this before seeing the changes reflected on their profiles.
Once updated the description will appear on their practitioner profile under 'overview' as shown:
