NEW Recalls Functionality for Calls Follow

We have recently upgraded the functionality of our recalls product when actioning recalls by call.

If a call is marked as 'No Contact' it will move directly back to the 'To Action' tab ready for you to try contact them again either through another call, an sms or letter.
