Tired of entering the same filters week after week? We are happy to announce that your feedback was received and we have now rolled out our newest recalls feature - saved filters!
The saved filters appear at the top of your recalls filter list just below the search filter. Once you set all your filters as you would typically do before actioning your recalls, you can then type over 'Name filter preset' to label the saved filter with whatever filter name you want and press the Save filters button. Please note that only as soon as one or more filter options are chosen, the opportunity to name and save the filter appears.
You can then easily reselect the same filters at a later time by selecting the filter name from the drop down. It's a good idea to get all of your regular filters saved as it will end up saving you a lot of valuable time long term.
Made a mistake? To remove a saved filter, simply select it from the drop down and press the red trash can. This will ask you to confirm that you want to delete the filter.
It will then leave the filters in place in case you want to save them under a different name, but if you don't need them any more you can clear them using the Clear all link at the top of your filters.
Please note that the last active saved filter will remain as the "default" filter for your practice and will be automatically chosen for anyone logging in to your recalls system until a different filter is chosen.
