When you initially activate the telehealth solution all of your practitioners will be enabled by default. Should you want to manage which practitioners offer this service, you can follow the below steps to remove the appointment type from individual practitioners.
Login to Practice Admin and go to Settings > Manage Practitioners
Find the practitioner you want to edit and select Edit appointment types
Delete the Telehealth appointment types the practitioner does not offer by pressing the trash can next to it.
When you are deleting an appointment type a pop-up will allow you to remove for other practitioners if required - deselect any practitioners you want to keep active for telehealth appointments active.
Don't forget to also link your Telehealth types to your own PMS appointment types so you can recognise them clearly in your appointment diary. You should also change the length of the appointment if necessary for the Telehealth appointment type you have chosen.
