If you have booked an appointment, and find that your booking confirmation email comes through addressed to a different name, it may be due to the preferred name you have set for your patient profile. Our emails will use the preferred name on your profile to address you.
You can check the preferred name for your profile by logging into your account on our website, and clicking into your profile.
Once you select your profile from your options listed, you can see the preferred name field on the edit profile screen:
You can edit this and save the changes if needed.
