How do I export a CSV file from Cubiko for Communicate? Follow

If you are using our Communicate feature and are unaware of how to export a list of patient mobile numbers from Cubiko, we've created a helpful article that will show you how!

Step 1.

In Cubiko, navigate to the metric you would like to download the patient list table from.

Step 2.

Use the filters in the sidebar to refine the data in the patient list table as required. Once you are happy, click the download button to download into .CSV.

Your .CSV file will save to your Downloads folder on your computer. Navigate to this folder to find the file.

  • It may also pop up on your internet browser that it has downloaded.

Step 3.

Open your downloaded .CSV file from the Downloads folder on your computer. We need to remove all information except for the mobile numbers column.

Once your .CSV has been correctly formatted to include only mobile numbers, save the document. We recommend re-naming it for ease of reference, and from here, it is ready to be uploaded to Communicate!
