Live Chat and Help Options for Pharmacy Follow

Getting technical support for any range of issues you may be experiencing has never been so quick and easy with Healthengine's Step-by-step Guides, Help Widget and Help Centre!


Help Widget

When you are logged into your Practice Admin, simply look for the Help Widget in the top right hand corner of your screen - with this Help Widget you'll have access to Healthengine's Help Centre search functionality, Live Chat, and Offline Messaging with our Support Team.

 

When you click the Widget, you'll be asked to confirm whether you are a Patient, or a Practice Customer. You want to select the Practice Customer option:

Once you have selected this, you'll be asked to confirm your Practice Name, your name, your email address, and a brief outline of the problem you are experiencing:

  

Once you send off these details, you'll be transferred to one of our Live Support Agents, who will then be able to assist with your query!
