Managing your Appointment Types on Healthengine Follow

We've heard your feedback that appointment types can be difficult and time-consuming to manage, so we've released a small update to help make things easier!


From now on, when you create a new practitioner in your Practice Admin account, they won't automatically gain all of the appointment types associated with your practice. Instead, you will be able to add appointment types that are relevant for that new practitioner as needed.
Please note: This means newly created practitioners won't appear online for booking until their appointment types are added by you.
