Whatever the reason for requiring a refund for your Telehealth appointment, please make the request to the practice directly so that they can process your refund at their discretion.
HealthEngine is unable to issue a refund on a practices behalf, it is a requirement that all refunds are processed by your practice logging into their Practice Admin portal.
The refunds will be processed automatically within 5-10 business days of your practice submitting the request.
