At HealthEngine we have two separate login portals. One for patients and one for practices. If you try logging in through the patient portal, you may receive the following error message:
You will also note that this page looks slightly different to the regular practice login portal. There is even a link to the practice login portal at the bottom of the page. If you see this, you are in the wrong place and will not be able to log in here. Click on the practice login link at the bottom of the page or go back to our home page to login from there.
On our homepage there are two places you can log in. One at the top of the page, and one at the bottom, as shown in the images below.
Once you are on the correct login screen there are a few things to be careful of:
- No spaces before or after your email address.
- Password would be at least 12 characters long.
- Check your caps lock.
- Type the password in a word document and paste it in so you can be sure you are typing it correctly and no characters are being left off due to sticky keyboard keys.
If you are still having difficulty, if you have saved your password in your browser you can view your saved passwords to ensure you are entering the correct password, and then try resetting your password to see if that will help. You can learn how to do that here.
