Due to a recent October 2020 Data Update with Best Practice, there is a small update that needs to be completed to allow the HealthEngine Recalls to continue to sync, and update correctly.
To ensure your Recalls are going to continue to sync, please follow the below:.
- Open Best Practice
- Go to Setup
- Select Configuration
- Select Database from the left-hand side menu
- Click on Setup third-party integrations
- Untick HealthEngine
- Press Save
- Click on Setup third-party integrations
- Tick HealthEngine
- Press Save in the Configuration box
- Press Sync in your HealthEngine Recalls

To resolve this matter for other third party integrations please ensure you or your IT run through the below article from Best Practice on your Best Practice server https://kb.bpsoftware.net/support/Oct2020_DU.htm
