During your onboarding process, you would have received an email invitation to create a login for your Practice Admin account.
If you can't locate this email or if the link has expired (after 24 hours), you will need to reset your password.
How can I reset my password?
To reset your PracticeAdmin password, please go to https://healthengine.com.au/appointment/admin/ and press the 'Forgot your password?' link
You will then be brought to a new page where you can enter your email address and send a password reset link to your email. From your email, follow the prompts to enter a new password.
Once logged in, we encourage you to bookmark the page on your computer so you can easily access your Practice Admin portal.
How to log in on another computer
If you need to log in on a new computer you can access the login page directly via https://healthengine.com.au/appointment/admin/
Otherwise, you can log in via our home page at https://healthengine.com.au/
You will see an option to login at the top and bottom of the page shown in the images below.
Note, we have two separate login portals. One for patients and one for practices. If you try logging in through the patient portal, you may receive the following error message:
If you see this, you are in the wrong place and will need to click on the Practice Login link at the bottom of the page and try logging in again. Otherwise, you can go back to our homepage and log in from there.
Once you are on the correct login screen there are a few things to be careful of:
- No spaces before or after your email address.
- Password would be at least 12 characters long.
- Check your caps lock.
- Type the password in a word document and paste it in so you can be sure you are typing it correctly and no characters are being left off due to sticky keyboard keys.
