What to do if you need support
If you require some help on these dates, check out our Help Centre, which may be able to assist with your query. You can also access Help Centre via the Help button in your Practice Admin.
Our ticketing system which feeds directly to support staff will still be operational and a team member will attend to your query within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. You can access this system by simply emailing your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to pay an invoice by credit card or update your direct debit details you can do this via Practice Admin, we even have a handy step by step guide. If you have any other finance-related queries please use our ticketing system by emailing email@example.com where someone from our team will action your request typically within 1 to 2 business days.
