Your accounts primary profile cannot be reassigned, however you can edit the details. If your profile has become another family member, or someone else that you have booked an appointment for in the past, log into your account on our website you can edit the details back again.
We have made changes to avoid this happening in the future, by requiring patients to select a patient profile in the booking form rather than it defaulting to your own.
