Your listing on the Health Direct website should contain your contact number for patients to call. We can also add a contact number to your practice location on HealthEngine. If you need to add or update a number for your practice location, please contact us.

This number will appear in the patients booking confirmation email should they need to contact you:

As well as their reminder email which is sent after the allowed cancellation time, with instruction to call should they need to reschedule or cancel their appointment as shown below:
