Having issues completing a booking? Follow

If you are having any technical difficulties completing a booking, firstly it is important to check whether your software is up to date.


Software glitches can look like this:

  • excessive verification codes sent
  • issues proceeding in the booking form
  • buttons not working
  • blank screens


If booking via our website, please ensure you are using Google Chrome as your web browser and that it is updated to the latest version to ensure the best accessibility to our service. 


If booking via our app please ensure you have updated both your phones software and our app to the latest version. If you still experience issues after an update you should log out, close the app down completely, reopen it, and log back in. This can resolve these glitches that occur after an app update.


If you still require further assistance, please contact us via patienthelp@healthengine.com.au and include a description of your issue, including the page/screen it occurs on, the practice name if it only occurs for a particular practice, what actions are taken to produce the issue, and any screenshots that may assist us in investigating.
