Patient Appointment Management System - Why are my appointments not showing online? Follow

If you are creating availability but it is not showing online, check the appointment length you are creating your schedules for, and the appointment length set for your Covid Vaccination appointment types to ensure they are compatible. 


In the below screenshot you can see the settings> appointment types page, where it displays the appointment length we have set for you for the Covid Vaccination appointment types.  




When you are creating your schedules in settings> manage availability, you should be using this length for your appointment length. 




In the above example if I created my schedule of availability with a 10 minute length, the appointments wouldn't appear online as the appointment types are set for 15 minutes, and we can't insert a 15 minute appointment type into a slot of only 10 minutes.
