Healthengine's Combined COVID-19 & Flu feature now allows your store to administer COVID-19 vaccinations at the same time as influenza vaccinations! Subject to your store's influenza vaccine availability, the ideal time to co-administer vaccinations is on the same day as COVID-19 booster vaccines.
To set this service up, navigate to your Appointment Types page via Appointments Setup.
You then want to click on the tab titled 'COVID-19 and Flu Vaccinations'.
To enable these appointment types to publish online for your store, you'll simply need to toggle on the relevant Combined COVID-19 & Flu vaccination type. To learn more about how to do this, check out our Help Centre article: Managing your Appointment Types and Pharmacy Services
Creating Schedules for Combined COVID-19 & Flu Vaccinations
These service types will be added to the Consultation Rooms of the same name in your Manage Availability schedules - for example, Pfizer (Booster) and Flu will be added to Consultation Room 1 - Pfizer.
When creating a schedule for Combined COVID-19 & Flu, the setup is the same as any other schedules you've created in the past for COVID-19 Vaccinations; however, you must change the specialty to select 'COVID-19 and Flu Vaccinations'.

Once this schedule is created, you will see the schedule for COVID-19 and Flu Vaccinations appear in the Calendar.
