How to Purchase and Manage a Featured Listing in Practice Admin

Featured Listings give your practice a guaranteed top 3 search position for a chosen suburb and specialty across the Healthengine website and app search results.

How it works

  1. View available Featured Listings - browse listing options by suburb and specialty. The position shown indicates where your practice will appear in search results once activated.image (19)
  2. Confirm your purchase - review the price and complete your purchase in Practice Admin.
  3. Appear in search results - once active, your practice appears in the top 3 results when patients search Healthengine in your selected suburb and specialty.
  4. Get more bookings - patients can click through to your profile and book an appointment.

Browsing and purchasing a listing

On the Featured Listings page, you'll see the 5 suburbs closest to your practice by default. Search any other suburb or postcode to check its availability and price, or tick Only show available to hide sold-out suburbs.

For each suburb and specialty combination, you'll see:

  • Availability - Sold out or Available.
  • Available position - which position (e.g. 2nd or 3rd) is open, when available.
  • Monthly price (excl. GST) - the price for that suburb and specialty.

Select Purchase next to an available listing to buy it.

Managing your purchased listings

Select View purchased listings from the Featured Listings page to see your active listings, under Featured Listings > Purchased Featured Listings. This shows the specialty, suburb, activation date and status of each listing you've purchased.

To deactivate a listing, there is no self-serve option yet - select Contact us to deactivate and our support team will action it for you.
