Your Healthengine profile allows patients to view your practice location via Google Maps, helping patients locate your practice and attend their appointments more easily. The map can be viewed on our website, app, and your patients' booking confirmation emails.
If the pinned location for your practice is incorrect, please notify our support team so that it can be updated. If you can include a screenshot showing where the pin should be located, it will make it quicker for our support team to make any necessary changes.
If the pinned location for your practice is incorrect on Google itself, you can suggest an edit. First google your practice and then click into the map above your practice name.
Next, click suggest an edit as shown below.
You then click Change name or other details
Then click Edit map location.
You can then drag the pin to your desired location and click Save.
