Can't see your Script?

At times, you may not be able to see your script after it is marked as dispensed.
Once a script token is dispensed, the next repeat must be sent via sms or email by the ERX system and would need to be added again in the app.
Important: If you didn't receive an updated one, you will need to contact the pharmacy where you collected your last repeat.
Otherwise, the prescription is not automatically updated in the Healthengine system and would need to be added again.
This is set up in compliance with the rules set out by the Australian Digital Health Agency(ADHA).
