How to raise a bug within the app?
We have a few troubleshooting steps you can try sequentially that will hopefully resolve the issue for future bookings:
- Ensure the app is updated to the most current version.
- Ensure you are not connected to a VPN to hide your location.
- Log out of the app and log back in again.
- Restart your phone.
- Finally, try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it.
If you’re still experiencing a bug with our app or the script feature, you can easily report it, reproduce the error within the app and then:
• Click the person icon in the top right corner of the app.
• Under "App Support," select "Contact Healthengine."
• Describe the issue, including the steps you took and where it occurred.
• Please leave attached the appactivity.txt file.
• You can also add a screenshot of the error if you have one.
Is the App compatible with my device?
Our device compatibility is listed on the app stores where you download it, so please check there for the latest information on which operating systems are compatible. It will also inform you if you need to update your App there.
You should update your devices operating system when new updates become available in order to maintain use of our app.
