How to raise a bug?

We have a few troubleshooting steps you can try sequentially that will hopefully resolve the issue for future bookings:

  1. Ensure the app is updated to the most current version.
  2. Ensure you are not connected to a VPN to hide your location.
  3. Log out of the app and log back in again.
  4. Restart your phone.
  5. Try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it.
  6. Try reproducing the issue in the website. 

If you’re still experiencing an issue and you suspect it is a bug with our app or the script feature, please reach out to our Support team to get it further investigated and reviewed. 

Is the App compatible with my device?

Our device compatibility is listed on the app stores where you download it, so please check there for the latest information on which operating systems are compatible. It will also inform you if you need to update your App there.

You should update your devices operating system when new updates become available in order to maintain use of our app.
