Want to opt out from the Healthengine communications?

If you wish to opt out of receiving any communication from Healthengine, there are different ways to do so depending on the type of communication.

• For marketing/promotional-based communication from HealthEngine, please see the following guide or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of those emails. 

If you need assistance, please reach out to patienthelp@healthengine.com.au

• For Healthengine-powered practice communication, such as appointment reminders and recalls, you need to contact your practice directly and ask that they add your email or mobile number to the communication block list in their HealthEngine portal.
  
  IMPORTANT: We are unable to add you to the blocklist of a medical practice.
