What do I do when the website isn't working?

We are sorry you are experiencing some difficulty and would really like to hear from you to get to the bottom of what you're encountering. If you experience any trouble with the website freezing or giving you an unexpected error, you may find the following troubleshooting steps will resolve the issue:

  • Log out of the site (if you are logged in)
  • Clear the cookies and cache history in your web browser settings
  • Restart your internet connection 
  • Refresh the internet browser (once the internet connection is re-established) 
  • Log back in to your account. 

If the issue has still not been resolved after taking these steps:

What browser are you using HealthEngine on? (ie. Chrome/Safari)
What device are you using? (ie. Laptop/iPad)
Take screenshot(s) of the issue occurring. They are super helpful for us to see exactly what you're encountering
A detailed description of what is happening. Are you logged into your account? Is it during the booking process? The more information, the quicker we can help!
