Training and Support Options for Pharmacy/Pams
If you are a corporate pharmacy and you wish to contact our support team, there are multiple options to assist you with your enquiries.

Help Centre article session
Our Help Centre article is available in the section Resources on the bottom left side of your Practice Admin Portal or through this link: here
Live and AI Chat
Important:
AI chatbot is available 24/7
Live Agent chat is available from 7 am to 4 pm AWST (6 am to 4 pm AWST on Daylight Saving)
When you are logged into your Practice Admin, simply look for the Help red button in the right-hand corner of your screen.
Clicking on it will make it appear in this menu:
You will be able to see the old chats you have raised in the past, as well as the current one.
Click on send us a message, and fill in the information in relation to your specialty and your Practice Management software.
Once completed, provide more information about your enquiry, and Ai Assistant will try to provide you with the most up-to-date information.
If you prefer instead to speak with a human agent, simply let the AI assistant know.
Phone assistance
Our support phone line is available from 7 am to 4 pm AWST (6 am to 4 pm AWST on Daylight Saving).
Please make sure to call our support phone line:
using your landline number registered at the time of the onboarding.

Training assistance
Sometimes the system can become overwhelming, or maybe you want to refresh your memory.
If you are a corporate pharmacy and you wish to request a training session, you can send an email to corporate@healthengine.com.au
