MedAdvisor Troubleshooting

MedAdvisor for Pharmacy is integrated with Healthengine. 

To set up your integration or troubleshoot your integration, please email support@medadvisor.com.au

Bookings in Medadvisor

After your integration has been set up, you will see any Healthengine bookings in the Bookings tab under Booked Services. Please follow these steps: 

  • In the left-hand menu, select Bookings > Booked services

  • You will see Today's booking by default. Select the arrows or calendar icon to view bookings for other days.

Please note: If you are using the custom form feature, a PDF is now accessible with the booking in MedAdvisor.

 

  • Under Other info, select Extra details to view a PDF with the additional information from the patient, if they filled it out.

  • Select the Pharmacy healthengine button at the top of the screen to launch your Health Engine bookings page.

How to Use Your Own Online Booking Link for Healthengine Services

MedAdvisor's software allows you to direct customers to your own online booking link for all services in the Health Services Hub. Please follow these steps: 

  • In the left-hand menu, select Health Services Hub

  • Select Settings in the top right-hand corner

  • Select Use your own online booking link

At the time of onboarding, you should have received your welcome pack with your online booking link.

  • Enter your online booking link here e.g Healthengine

  • Select Save

  • A pop-up will appear to confirm your changes. Select OK

All bookings will now be directed to your own online booking link.

 

How to Manually Match a Patient from Healthengine's Patient Appointment Management System (PAMS)

Patients who have booked via Healthengine's Patient Appointment Management System (PAMS) will appear in the Record Services tab in PlusOne by MedAdvisor.

 

How to View Today's Bookings and Record a Service from Healthengine's Patient Appointment Management System PAMS

PlusOne by MedAdvisor is integrated with Healthengine's Patient Appointment Management System (PAMS). This will allow you to view today's bookings from PAMS and select the patient to record the service in PlusOne.
