If you are having any technical difficulties completing a booking, firstly, it is important to check whether your software is up to date if you are using the app.
Software glitches can look like this:
- Excessive verification codes sent
- issues proceeding in the booking form
- Buttons not working
- blank screens

If booking via our website, please ensure you are using Google Chrome as your web browser and that it is updated to the latest version to ensure the best accessibility to our service.
Send an email to patienthelp@healthengine.com.au with screenshots of the errors, provide a description of the error you are encountering and specify the name of the medical practice as shown on Healthengine and how to reproduce the error.
