How to Update my Mobile Number in the App?

IMPORTANT: You can change your mobile number only through the app and not through the website. 


If you have recently received a new mobile number, you will need to update the verified mobile number on your Healthengine account to book appointments online.


If you do not have access anymore to your old number:

Make sure to verify your email on the website following this guide:

Once done, when logging in with your credentials, you will need to confirm the passcode you set up.

And then it will ask you to verify your mobile number, simply select :


We will send an email to verify the changes and start the process to change the mobile number. 


If you still have access to your old number and you are already logged in:

 

 

2. Find your name listed under Account and Profiles, and select it:

 

3. Select 'Edit patient details' and scroll down to 'Mobile number' as seen in the images below:

4. Overwrite your outdated mobile number with your new mobile number and don't forget to click Save!

5. A verification code will be sent via SMS to your new mobile number (you will need to enter this code for the change to be complete!)

Your mobile number is now updated!

Please note, updating your details on Healthengine will not update your patient file at any practices you have booked with in the past. You should also contact your practice directly to ensure that your patient file is up to date, as that will ensure any practice-powered communication from us is sent to your new contact details.
